Super amazing app for Spotify!!! Great potential! Please have menu bar support so when I open spotify, I won’t need to open MiniPlayer too.

It lets me seach for music and view the current album art of my spotify tracks. Very simple and clean UI. Awesome app!

This is a great simple app that I use every day with Spotify. Kudos to the author for making it freely available in the App Store! Only one (minor) quibble: sometimes there can be some artifacting in the aliasing of the text, especially for the artist name in the dynamic themes.

Kudos to the developers of this great app! My only request is the ability to hide the dock icon.

Allows you to keep Spotify or iTunes minimized

The app works great for what it is advertised to do. However, I have some additional features that I think the app would be greatly improved by. Since it uses Spotify, it would be great to have the option to like the song or add it to a playlist since I still have to have Spotify open to do this. I would also like it to maybe add Soundcloud controls. Other than that, the app works really well and looks good.

I loved using Spotify with this app. But in the latest OSX updates it stopped working. Please fix it.

Have been using it religiously, but it suddenly just stopped working with iTunes and Spotify! It does nothing when I try to switch music sources.

Use this app all the time. It is breaking with today’s OSX upgrade. Can’t wait till you fix. Thanks!

Doesn’t work with spotify, even when you change the player to spotify.

I loved this app until a Spotify upgrade made it incompatible to be used with miniplayer (according to the developer) - I upgraded Spotify today and opened the app, expecting it to close like usual, but it worked! Spotify must have fixed the code on their end and so the app is back to working and is great!

Finally! the app wasnt working for a month.. its great that it works again! thanks

App did work great and was 5 stars, but now after a recent spotify update it doesn’t always work perfectly with spotify and it also doesn’t show the album art anymore. Once that’s fixed I’ll give this a 5 again.

This app is perfect. It’s a gorgeous miniplayer for Spotify (I use the iTunes native miniplayer when running my own music). There are just a few things keeping it from 5 stars: 1.) The window takes up more space than I would like to give up on a 15 in Macbook Pro, so it’s probably even more bulky on a 13 in or an Air…a resizable window would be awesome! 2.) If the dock icon could be a menu bar icon instead, that would be perfect! 3.) If there was a way to automate it’s opening with Spotify (or other music player) that would make it feel even more seamless! 4.) As a Spotify miniplayer, there isn’t any album artwork showing up…I’d love to see this issue rectified! REALLY great work! I’d even pay ~$2 it’s so dang good!

Great app but do not see artwork with spotify

Great start. I just started using Spotify and it was really missing the miniplayer. Can’t wait for updates. Things I’d love to see: - Search opens up, not down (for people who like it at the bottom of the screen) - Remove dock icon and instead put something in the top bar Thanks for making it free!

I have been using it since it came out, ad with the most recent updates its getting really buggy, not showing artwork, it will not change to spotify, etc. It always has worked fine! C’mon guys, don’t let us down! Good luck and keep up the hard work!

Love the design and simplicity of the player; just doesn’t show Spotify artist artwork when playing.

Functions as described, however the album art does not load when playing Spotify and therefore the dynamic colors theme is nonfunctioning as well. Disappointing because the aesthetics is obviously a nice addition to the application, and I am an avid Spotify user
